Megan Boltz Photography

Megan is a photographer in her final semester at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan. Born and raised in metro Detroit, Megan grew up photographing summers spent up north, and weekends with her favorite people. Preferring film and toy cameras over digital, she attempts to evoke the subtle human emotion in everyday life. Megan is currently immersed in “Inner Landscapes,” a body of work that addresses the human subconscious. Megan has most recently had work at the Museum of New Art in Pontiac, as part of a show entitled “Twelve” and at the College for Creative Studies Student Exhibition. She was recently a finalist in Photographer’s Forum Magazine’s “Best of College Photography 2009,” and you can see her work in September at Southwestern Michigan College.
